采集分机:对采集数据进行预处理,按类型分成多种分机。
隔离转换单元:用于采集模拟量与开关量,安置在采集点附近或分机中。
2 the Station Acquisition system
The station hardware system is working on the data’s Acquisition, classify and disposal, including the station machine, net equipment, cabinet, Acquisition extension, Isolation Conversion Unit, among them:
the Station Machine: is the industry control computer, classify and memorize the acquisition data, meanwhile it can be worked as the operating interface.
Network Equipment: The communication is through the next station and depot server, including the Router, MODEM etc.
Acquisition Extension : Pretreatment the acquisition data, from the type, it can be divided into many kinds of extension.
Isolation Conversion Unit: Using as Acquisition Analog Variables and Analog Variables, are installed in the acquisition place or extension.

2.1机柜
信息采集机柜用于集中安装采集机及其它监测附属设备。
铁标机柜的尺寸:900×465×2300(宽*深*高)
结构如下图4所示:
2.1 Cabinet
Information Acquisition Cabinet is used to install the Acquisition machine and other Monitor attachment equipments.

The configuration is as the Chart 4:
欧标采集机柜由机柜、采集机、隔离转换单元三部分组成,机柜第一层(最上层)安装C0组合(隔离转换单元),以下安装各种采集机,绝缘测试组合和传感器安装在信号机械室组合架上。C0组合和绝缘测试组合的内部配线均已配好,规格一致,不分车站,为施工、调试维护提供了方便。
The European Standard Cabinet is composed by cabinet, Acquisition Machine and the Isolation Conversion Unit. Cabinet first floor are installed the CO combination(Isolation Conversion Unit), the other floor are installed all kinds of acquisition machine. The Insulation Test Combination and sensor are installed in the assembled shelf of signal mechanical room. The inside of CO combination and the Insulation Test Combination are wiring, the specific is the same, no difference between each station, which provide the convenient for operating and maintenance.
机柜底部均有四个地脚螺丝,可调节机柜平衡。进线方式可采用上进线或下进线,机柜后部设有走线槽及扎线托盘,采集机后部零层端子采用
