如上所示，采集机采用机笼式设计，前插板结构，采集机后面安装51芯信息采集端子，用于连接外部引线，外部信号通过采集端子、总线板、采集板进入采集机。每个采集机拥有独立线性隔离电源，总线板采用无缘底板，采集机电源及各种采集板均采用前插板通过总线板连接，便于维修。组匣高度为4U，宽度按照19英寸标准机柜设计，组匣可上19英寸机柜。

Just as above, the Acquisition Machine is designed use the mechanical cage and the pinboard front. Behind the Acquisition Machine, there installed 51 core information acquisition terminals, it is used to connect the extension wire, external signal is from the acquisition terminal, the bus board, acquisition board to enter the Acquisition Machine. Each Acquisition Machine own the separate linearity. The bus board adopt the motherboard without the edge, the Acquisition Machine power and all Acquisition Board are connected through the bus Board, easy to maintain. The height of combination Box is 4U, the width is designed, according with the 19 inch standard cabinet, a 19 inch cabinet can be put on the combination Box.

3 采集机功能描述

3. the Description of Acquisition Machine Function

3.1 C0组合（隔离转换单元）

C0组合用于集中隔离综合采集机采集的外部信号，确保信息采样的安全。

其中各单元的功能如下：

J1——外电网电压（交流220V或380V）转换单元

J2——输出220V电压转换单元

J3——JZ110/24电压转换单元

J4——提速380V及其它所需监测的备用电源

J5——DZ、KZ及区间KZ电压转换单元

J6——相序、掉电、缺相转换单元

从电源屏采样过来的电压从D1端子经过保险后才到各转换单元，确保监测系统故障时不影响车站设备。对于智能电源屏可以通过485通信接口与监测主机连接进行数据通信，电源组合不在单独采样，但需要采样后用于输出电源漏流测试。

3.1 CO combination (Isolation Conversion Unit)

CO combination is used to insulate the external information of Integrate Acquisition Machine, to ensure the safety of acquisition information.

Each unit functions are as the following:

J 1 --- the external electric network power ( AC 220V or 380V) Conversion Unit

J 4--- speed raised 380V and other monitor spare power

The voltage acquired form the power screen flow from the D1 terminal, after insurance, then to each Conversion Unit, thus can ensure when the system have fault, which couldn’t affect the station equipments. For the intelligence power screen, the data communication can through the 485 communication interface and monitor host computer, the power combination will not acquired information separately, but it need the output power to have leak test after acquiring the information.
